When is the SYNERGY conference happening?
SYNERGY will be taking place this year as an all-digital, interactive experience on November 13, 2024, for our French-speaking clients and on November 14, 2024, for our English-speaking clients.
Why is SYNERGY in virtual format?
Our virtual conference offers a greater flexibility to attendees who might avoid attending in case they have a tight schedule and they do not have time to commute back and forth.
Will workshops and CPD still be offered in the virtual format?
Yes! We are committed to ensuring SYNERGY is as educational and informative as always and allows you to earn the CPD you need. Going virtual also means there’s a possibility of even more sessions than ever before. Plus, it’s a great opportunity for staff members who have never been able to attend to experience SYNERGY.
What happens if I can’t attend at the last minute?
No worries, all the presentations and workshop sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants that have registered for the conference.

How much will it cost for me to attend the Synergy Conference?
The SYNERGY Conference fees are $209 plus applicable taxes per attendee. However, keep checking your emails or our SYNERGY site for Early Bird promo offers.
What payment methods are accepted for Synergy registration?
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa and MasterCard).
