Wayne Gray

Wayne Gray joined Practical Law Canada from McMillan LLP, where he was a partner in the business law group, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and corporate governance. Previously, he was a partner in the corporate-commercial group at Miller Thomson LLP.

He is recognized as a leading corporate mid-market lawyer in the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory and the Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and for corporate law, private equity, and secured lending in Martindale-Hubbell. He received the Award for Distinguished Service from the Ontario Bar Association (2006).
