Sharmila K. Irvine

Sharmila K. Irvine joined Practical Law Canada after serving as general counsel for a North American conglomerate, the Norstar and Concordian Group, where she had carriage of all legal matters. Previously, she was assistant general counsel to a large multinational, the Miller Group. Prior to that, Sharmila held the position of director of legal and regulatory affairs and corporate secretary for a North American data and telecommunications company. Sharmila commenced her career in private practice as a corporate/commercial associate with the law firm of Brattys LLP.
