Jacqueline Lund

Jacqueline Lund joined the Employment law team from Big Lots Canada Inc., where she was an in-house counsel for two years, before the company’s departure from Canada.

Previously, Jacqueline practised for 19 years at the boutique labour and employment law firm of Mathews, Dinsdale and Clark LLP, where she was a partner specializing in employment law, with a particular emphasis on wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment contracts, injunctions, and occupational health and safety.

Jacqueline has significant motion and trial experience, and has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts and many employment-related tribunals.
