David Noseworthy

David Noseworthy joined Practical Law Canada from a private consulting practice, where he advised on e-discovery matters. Previously, he was an associate at Blake Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he acted in a broad variety of civil matters, including class actions, contract disputes, construction, insurance, fraud, and product liability actions. He also practised at Wagner Sidlofsky LLP, a boutique focusing on estate and commercial litigation.

David has significant trial, application, and motion experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.

David received his LL.B. from Dalhousie University with a specialization in Business Law.
