Brian Levett

Brian Levett, is a corporate and securities lawyer. Previously, he was a partner at Minden Gross LLP and, before that, at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. Brian specializes in M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, reorganizations, governance and the development of contracts for long-term relationships, including the outsourcing of customer care and construction. In addition to transaction work, Brian has provided day-to-day legal advice to his clients, including drafting a wide variety of contracts.
